It offers sliding rear doors and Stow 'n Go seats that fold into the floor. A plug-in hybrid version has been offered since launch, and all-wheel drive became available on gasoline models in 2021. Why these years stand out
2017: most complaints. The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica scored 1371 complaints per 100,000 sold, 2.7 times the model average. Of its 1,621 complaints, 1,044 involve the engine or transmission, and the parts named most often are engine (542), power train (485) and electrical system (420). NHTSA lists 17 recalls for this model year and 5 defect investigations.
2020, 2022 and 2023: fewest complaints. The 2020 drew 231 complaints, or 246 per 100,000 sold; The 2022 drew 335 complaints, or 340 per 100,000 sold; The 2023 drew 196 complaints, or 163 per 100,000 sold. These years have been on the road at least three years, which gives owners time to report problems, so a low count means something.
