The Ford Edge is a two-row midsize crossover introduced for the 2007 model year and built in Oakville, Ontario. It sits between the Escape and the Explorer in Ford's lineup and uses a unibody platform with front-wheel or all-wheel drive. Over its run it offered V6 and turbocharged four-cylinder engines, plus a performance-oriented Sport and later ST version. Below, each Ford Edge model year from 2010 to 2024 sits on the same scale, which makes the noisy years and the quiet years easy to spot.
